4. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

Sessions

• Appointments must be booked through the website or directly via phone or DM.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the session fee.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee.

Bundles & Promotions

• All bundle purchases are non-refundable.

• Bundles must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase.

• Promotional pricing is available only during the advertised dates.
