A legal disclaimer
All sales for sessions, services, and digital products are final.
Because our services involve personalized time, energy work, preparation, and digital materials, we do not offer refunds once a session is booked or a product is purchased.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment, will result in the full session fee being forfeited.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, this may be considered a no-show depending on practitioner availability.
Products (NUME card, magnets, magnesium butter, hats, etc.)
For hygiene, energetic, and customization reasons, all physical product sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
Workshops, Events, or Special Offers
Tickets and promotional bundles are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior approval.
Practitioner-Initiated Changes
If Infinite Wellness needs to reschedule your session for any reason, you will be offered the next available appointment time.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate payments or billing errors.
By booking a session or purchasing a product, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
