The Love Frequency Experience is a guided women’s gathering designed to support emotional regulation, self-connection, and energetic balance. Through a blend of breathwork, sound healing, subconscious rewiring (Yuen Method–inspired), and frequency tools like the NUME card, we create a safe space to release stress, recalibrate your nervous system, and embody more love — within and around you.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply supported, with tools you can carry back into daily life. No prior experience needed — just come as you are.
